Compare three options

Enter your own plan-document figures for the same coverage year. No plan is ranked or selected. Do not add a deductible twice: include it in your annual spending estimate. If drug coverage is bundled in the health premium, enter 0 for the separate drug premium.

Entries stay in this page’s memory; these tools do not store or send them. Refreshing or clearing removes them. Save a PDF to retain a copy. Do not enter Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers or upload documents.

What the totals include

Expected annual total = 12 × monthly premiums + expected medical + prescription + other spending. The separate limit-based scenario = annual premiums + your verified medical limit + your verified Part D threshold + your outside-limit scenario. It is not a universal worst-case ceiling: out-of-network, excluded services and uncovered drugs can exceed it. Original Medicare has no annual out-of-pocket limit unless supplemental coverage changes your costs; leave the limit blank when not applicable and the scenario will be unavailable.

Premiums are outside medical and Part D spending limits. A Medicare Advantage medical limit does not include prescription spending. A Part D threshold applies only to eligible covered drug spending, not every pharmacy bill. Verify figures and what counts for your specific year and coverage.
