Basic technical logs — like most websites, our host records standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation. We do not collect names, payment information, health information, or Medicare numbers on this site.
To send you the resource you requested and occasional educational emails and tools; and to operate, secure, and improve the website. That's it.
We use trusted service providers who handle data on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting and form delivery) and beehiiv (email newsletter). We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving the font. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies are limited to what's needed for basic functionality and security.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email — we honor opt-outs promptly, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your email data by contacting us (below). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA; we honor applicable requests.
Every marketing email we send identifies us as the sender, includes a working unsubscribe link, and reflects a real opt-in. We never send to purchased lists.
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
