Prepare for Open Enrollment now

AEP: October 15–December 7, 2026 → coverage starts January 1, 2027. The annual window applies to Medicare health and drug plan changes; it is not the initial Part B enrollment window. Changes must reach the plan by the deadline.

Your plan sends an ANOC each fall describing costs and coverage effective in January. If it is missing, contact the plan. Read it alongside the Evidence of Coverage; verify drugs, pharmacy pricing and providers directly with the plan and providers.

Entries stay in this page’s memory; these tools do not store or send them. Refreshing or clearing removes them. Save a PDF to retain a copy. Do not enter Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers or upload documents.

The summary flags differences, not improvements or recommendations. A premium increase of $10 per month means $120 more in plan premiums across a full year; that is not a total-cost forecast. Out-of-pocket limits are not spending predictions. Blank or nonapplicable values are not treated as zero.
